About Us

Dr. Lubna Kamal is a Homeopathic Nephrologist dedicated to providing compassionate and quality care to kidney patients. We are looking for a friendly and patient-focused Medical Telecaller to strengthen patient communication and support.

Job Responsibilities

- Contact new patients and provide information regarding clinic services and appointments.
- Follow up with patients who have missed or are due for consultations.
- Conduct patient satisfaction and feedback calls.
- Remind patients about appointments, follow-ups, and treatment schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and patient responses.
- Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure smooth patient care.
- Handle patient queries politely and direct medical questions to the concerned healthcare team.

Requirements




- Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred).
- Polite, empathetic, and professional behavior.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in telecalling, healthcare, or patient coordination is preferred, but freshers can also apply.
