ABOUT THE ROLE

PrakrutikHeal Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Medical Representative to develop our homeopathic healthcare business in Surat.

We are specifically looking for candidates who have an existing network of doctors, homeopathic practitioners, clinics, pharmacies and healthcare professionals and can convert these relationships into genuine product sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Visit and maintain regular contact with doctors, homeopathic practitioners, clinics and pharmacies.
- Introduce PrakrutikHeal products to relevant healthcare professionals using approved product information.
- Generate prescriptions/recommendations and product enquiries where legally and professionally appropriate.
- Generate regular product orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop recent doctor and pharmacy accounts in the assigned territory.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing doctors and customers.
- Identify high-potential doctors and healthcare professionals and develop them into regular business accounts.
- Follow up regularly for product requirements and repeat orders.
- Develop and expand the Surat territory.
- Coordinate with distributors and pharmacies to ensure product availability.
- Collect market feedback regarding customer requirements, competitors and pricing.
- Maintain daily visit reports and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure all product promotion and communication follows applicable regulatory requirements and company policies.

DOCTOR NETWORK REQUIREMENT Preference will be given to candidates who already have:
- Strong doctor/clinic contacts in Surat.
- Existing relationships with homeopathic doctors and practitioners.
- Experience working with pharmacies and distributors.




- Proven ability to generate sales through doctor/clinic networks.

Candidates should mention the approximate number of active doctors/clinics they currently have professional relationships with in Surat. SALES TARGET & INCENTIVE STRUCTURE

This position will have a fixed salary PLUS performance-based incentives.

Example structure

Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Performance Incentive

- Monthly sales target-based incentive
- Additional incentive on achievement above target
- New doctor/customer acquisition incentive
- Repeat-order incentive
- Quarterly performance bonus

The final incentive structure will be discussed based on the candidate's experience and territory.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- 2–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical, homeopathy, healthcare or medical sales.
- Existing doctor/clinic network in Surat will be highly preferred.
- Proven sales track record.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and commercially focused.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable with daily field visits.
- Gujarati and Hindi communication required.
- Basic English communication preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
