About The Role We are looking for a BDS Doctor who will be responsible for monitoring patient health parameters and preparing patients for dental implant procedures. This role focuses on ensuring patients—especially those with conditions like diabetes—are medically fit for surgery through continuous monitoring and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

1 Review dental and medical history of patients planned for implants.

2 Track and monitor blood sugar levels (FBS/PPBS/HbA1c where required).

3 Maintain regular follow-ups with patients via calls and WhatsApp messages.

4 Align and coordinate diabetologist consultations where required.

5 Ensure patient adherence to medication, diet, and timelines.

6 Work closely with implantologists to determine patient readiness.

7 Educate patients on importance of controlled sugar levels for implant success.





8 Coordinate with physicians/diabetologists and clinic teams.

9 Maintain accurate documentation and update systems regularly.

Qualifications & Experience 1 BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) – Mandatory

2 1–3 Years Of Clinical Experience Preferred 3 Experience in patient handling and follow-ups is a plus

Skills Required 1 Robust communication and patient counseling skills

2 Proactive follow-up and ownership mindset

3 Basic understanding of systemic conditions like diabetes

4 Ability to manage multiple patients and coordinate across teams

Work Details

1 Work Mode: Work from Office

2 Week Off: Tuesday
