This is not a normal reception job, it is a medical centre front office job. So training is must.

What you will learn in first 3 months:

1. How to speak to patients and doctors politely
2. How to schedule USG / Lab appointments
3. How to do billing and type reports in our software

It will take 3-4 months to learn all this properly. During this time , our senior staff will sit with you and train you. That is why we have a training salary.

Salary Structure

First 3 months - Training Period: Rs. 15,000 per month

After 3 months - After training confirmation: Rs. 18,000 to 20,000

After 3 months - If performance is good: Rs. 22,000 + monthly bonus

This is fixed for everyone. We will give this in writing on your joining letter.

If you learn well and stay long term, salary growth is there. If you are looking for only 25k from Day 1, this job is not suitable.
