Role: Pharma Marketing Content Writer – Associate

We are looking for a Pharma Marketing Content Writer with 2–4 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or medical communications. The candidate will be responsible for developing, adapting, and refining promotional content for pharmaceutical and healthcare brands.

The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of pharmaceutical promotional communication, MLR (Medical, Legal & Regulatory) review processes, approved claims, references, and regulatory requirements .

Key Responsibilities

- Develop transparent, accurate, compliant, and engaging promotional content for pharmaceutical and healthcare brands.
- Create and adapt content for emailers, websites, banners, video scripts, social media assets, newsletters, sales aids, detail aids, leave-behinds, brochures, and campaign materials .
- Translate approved scientific, medical, and brand inputs into audience-appropriate marketing content.
- Ensure content follows approved claims, references, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Implement MLR feedback accurately across different content assets.
- Work closely with Brand, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Creative, and Project Management teams .
- Maintain consistency, accuracy, and compliance across all deliverables.
- Work with pharma content review/approval platforms such as VVPM or similar tools.
- Coordinate with design teams and review content within design files; Figma experience is preferred .




- Manage multiple content assignments and deliver projects within defined timelines.

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences, English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing , or a related field.

A Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline will be an added advantage.

Required Experience & Skills

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in pharma marketing content writing, healthcare communications, medical communications, life sciences content writing, or healthcare advertising.
- Mandatory experience in pharmaceutical promotional content writing .
- Hands-on experience with MLR review and implementation of MLR comments .
- Experience working with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory teams .
- Working knowledge of VVPM or similar pharma content review/approval platforms .
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and healthcare terminology .
- Ability to simplify complex scientific information into clear and engaging content.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Good understanding of approved claims, references, prescribing information, and brand guidelines .
- Strong attention to detail and content accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and content collaboration tools .
- Figma knowledge is preferred
