Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive care and management to patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Perform diagnostic assessments and interpret laboratory and imaging results to guide treatment decisions.
- Deliver chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and other oncological treatments.
- Offer emergency support and manage acute oncological emergencies efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation in compliance with hospital protocols.
- Educate patients and their families about the disease process, treatment options, and expected outcomes.
- Participate in clinical research and contribute to advancements in medical and hemato-oncology.
- Engage in continuous career development and stay updated with the latest advancements in oncology care.
