AR & Billing Specialist eCW Expert

We are hiring an experienced RCM qualified with hands-on, expert-level experience in eClinicalWorks (eCW). This is not a basic user role — we need someone who knows eCW inside out.

What you'll do:

- Work US healthcare accounts in eCW — claims submission, AR follow-up, denial management
- Run eligibility checks, post payments, and work rejections within eCW
- Identify and resolve claim errors, payer-specific issues, and aging buckets
- Coordinate with US clients directly on account status

Must Have:

- Expert-level eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience — non-negotiable
- 3+ years US healthcare billing/AR experience
- Immediate joiner — candidates serving notice need not apply
- Proven knowledge of CMS-1500, EOBs, ERA, payer portals
- Strong English communication (written)

Good to Have:

- Experience with NextGen, AdvancedMD, or Office Ally
- Prior authorization or denial management background

Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM IST (US day shift)

Days: Monday to Friday
