Key Responsibilities

· Supervise daily fabrication, welding, fitting, and erection work.

· Execute work as per approved drawings and project specifications.

· Allocate work and monitor manpower productivity.

· Check fabrication quality, welding, fit-up, alignment, and bolting.

· Verify materials, quantities, and material usage at site.

· Conduct site measurements, level checks, and material reconciliation.

· Supervise erection and lifting activities safely and efficiently.

· Ensure proper PPE and site safety compliance.

· Coordinate with clients, consultants, and management for site requirements.





· Coordinate with fabricators, welders, fitters, riggers, and helpers.

· Submit daily progress, manpower, photos, and material updates.

· Maintain DPR, MRS, attendance, consumable, and scrap records.

· Support site measurements, work summaries, and billing documentation.

· Monitor tools, machinery, equipment, and breakdowns at site.

· Complete site handover and return of tools/equipment after project completion.

Qualifications

· Diploma/Degree in Mech/Civil/Production.

· 5–10 yrs in fabrication & erection projects.

· Strong knowledge of QA/QC, drawings, welding, site safety.

Travel Requirement

· Site Travel required

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
