Role Description This is a full time, on-site Mechanical Engineer role based in Silvassa. The role involves maintainance of plant equipments and machinery ,troubleshooting equipment issues, implementing preventive maintenance recommendations,



and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes with safety in mind. Drive TQM , implement Kaizen focus on cost reduction by identifying gaps and plugging it at earliest opportunity

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering with the ability to apply theory into practice in ground level.
- Anility to support innovation and process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and industry standards relevant to mechanical systems.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and engineering documentation accurately.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning; prior experience in an industrial or fabrication environment is an advantage.
