Role Description The Mechanical Engineer will work on-site in Karnal in a full-time capacity, contributing to the design, development, and optimization of mechanical systems and components. Daily responsibilities include creating and reviewing detailed mechanical designs, preparing and updating CAD models and drawings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine concepts and ensure manufacturability.

The role involves participating in R&D; activities, performing calculations and simulations, supporting prototype builds and testing, and resolving engineering issues during production.

The Mechanical

Engineer will also assist in project planning,



documentation, and adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering and applied engineering principles.
- Proficiency in Machine Design, including component selection and mechanical system integration.
- Hands-on experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for 3D modeling and technical drawings.
- Skills in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and meeting deadlines.
- Experience in Research and Development (R&D;), including prototyping, testing, and performance analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Ability to interpret engineering standards, specifications, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative on-site environment.
- Familiarity with materials science, basic electrical/mechatronics concepts, and quality assurance practices is an advantage.
