WE’RE HIRING | MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER – STP

Xperteez Technology is looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer with solid expertise in Sewerage Treatment Plants (STP), Water Treatment, or RO projects .

Location: Chennai

Experience: 8+ Years

Industry: STP / Water Treatment / RO

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design mechanical systems for wastewater treatment plants
- Prepare equipment layouts, piping layouts & mechanical drawings

• Design systems involving pumps, blowers, mixers, screens, sludge handling & aeration systems

- Select equipment based on plant capacity and process requirements
- Evaluate vendor technical specifications and prepare equipment datasheets
- Review and approve supplier drawings

• Perform pump sizing, pipe sizing, flow, pressure-loss & power calculations

• Prepare/review GA drawings, P&IDs;, equipment layouts & fabrication drawings





- Prepare material submittals and technical documentation

• Coordinate with Civil, Electrical, Process Engineers and Contractors

• Provide technical support during installation, commissioning & testing

P&ID; & GA Drawing knowledge

Ideal Candidate: Mechanical Design professionals with 8+ years of relevant experience in STP, wastewater treatment, water treatment, RO, or related EPC projects.
