? We’re Hiring | Mechanical Design Engineer – Aerospace

At DeployNXT, we’re building hardware that moves from CAD to the real world — and we’re looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team.

If you enjoy designing complex mechanical systems, working with SolidWorks, FEA, GD&T;, spacecraft structures, and real-world hardware integration, this could be a great opportunity.

? What you’ll work on

Design and develop mechanical structures & assemblies using SolidWorks

Perform FEA — structural, modal, buckling & vibration analysis

Work on tolerance stack-ups & GD&T; (ASME Y14.5)

Design and integrate wire harnesses and mechanical supports

Support spacecraft/vehicle integration and qualification testing

Work with vendors on manufacturing, inspection & hardware delivery

Take ownership of mechanical subassemblies from design → analysis → integration → testing

? What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering or related field

2–3 years of experience in mechanical/aerospace structural design

Strong SolidWorks skills





Experience with FEA tools such as ANSYS, Abaqus or equivalent

Understanding of composites, sandwich panels & high-temperature materials

Experience with tolerance analysis and GD&T;

Exposure to hardware integration and environmental testing

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

⭐ Bonus if you have

Experience with spacecraft structures, harness routing, qualification testing, strain-relief design, or taking assemblies from concept all the way to hardware.
