Role Description This is a part-time MBBS Doctor role based in Vadodara with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a combination of in-clinic consultations and some work from home. The doctor will conduct sexual health assessments, diagnose and manage HIV and STI cases, and provide evidence-based treatment and counseling for a wide range of sexual wellness issues. Daily responsibilities include reviewing medical histories, ordering and interpreting relevant investigations, prescribing appropriate medications,



and documenting clinical encounters accurately.

The role also involves offering empathetic, non-judgmental guidance, educating patients on prevention and safe practices, and coordinating care with lab teams and support staff as needed.

Qualifications

- Recognized MBBS degree with valid medical registration (MCI or relevant state medical council).
- Clinical skills in diagnosing and managing HIV, STIs, and common sexual health conditions.
- Strong history-taking, physical examination, and clinical decision-making abilities.
- Commitment to non-discriminatory, LGBTQ+ affirmative, and sex-positive medical practice.
- Ability to maintain strict patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Comfort with hybrid care models, including teleconsultations and digital health platforms.
- Effective communication skills for patient education, counseling, and follow-up care.
- Prior experience in sexual health, infectious diseases, or internal medicine is an advantage.
- Willingness to work part time with flexible schedule aligned to clinic and online consultation schedules.
