About the Role

IITPlanet is looking for experienced and passionate JEE Faculty for Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry to deliver high-quality online learning to JEE aspirants.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct live online classes from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
- Teach JEE concepts with strong focus on fundamentals and problem-solving.
- Prepare and discuss JEE Main & Advanced level questions, PYQs, assignments and tests.
- Identify individual student learning gaps and provide appropriate academic guidance.
- Develop students' accuracy, speed, conceptual clarity and problem-solving skills.
- Review student performance and provide regular academic feedback.




- Maintain punctuality and consistency in all scheduled classes.
- Coordinate with the academic/Customer Success team regarding student progress and requirements.

Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant JEE teaching experience.
- Strong subject expertise in Mathematics, Physics or Chemistry.
- Experience teaching JEE Main and/or JEE Advanced.
- Excellent communication and explanation skills.
- Comfortable conducting classes using a pen tablet/laptop and online teaching tools.
- Ability to engage students in a fully online learning setting.
- Stable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home teaching setup.

Compensation Up to 16,000 per month, depending on subject expertise, experience and teaching capability.
