Job Title: Master Tailor & Draper – Haute Couture (Individual Execution)

Job Summary We are seeking an exceptional Master Tailor & Draper for our custom couture atelier. Operating with complete autonomy, you will take total ownership of the garment lifecycle—from the initial canvas mock-up (toile) to the final couture stitch. You will specialize in intricate internal corsetry and heavy beadwork, translating ambitious design sketches into flawless, one-of-a-kind evening gowns.Core Responsibilities

- End-to-End Construction: Independently pattern, cut, structure, stitch, and finish unique evening gowns without reliance on assistants.
- Bespoke Draping: Create precise calico toiles and master patterns by draping on custom-padded dress forms to match individual client measurements.
- Corsetry Engineering: Hand-craft internal structural foundations, including custom bustiers, spiral steel boning, and integrated cups to support heavy gowns.
- Beadwork Manipulation: Personally map, de-bead, and transparent stitching lines by hand on heavily embroidered or sequined textiles before machine assembly.
- Luxury Fabric Handling: Independently cut and manipulate high-value textiles (silk gazar, velvet, tulle, mikado) with strict adherence to grain lines and pattern alignment.
- Technical Fittings:



Participate in private client fittings, accurately assess garment balance, and independently execute precise adjustments.
- Couture Finishing: Deliver museum-quality hand-finishing, including hand-rolled hems, invisible linings, and flawless closure insertions.

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience working independently within a luxury custom atelier or haute couture house.
- Autonomous Mastery: Proven track record of producing complete, red-carpet-quality evening gowns from start to finish entirely on your own.
- Structural Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of anatomy, garment physics, and high-end corsetry engineering.
- Execution & Focus: Exceptional skill in both machine sewing and traditional couture hand-stitching, combined with strong independent time management.

Application Requirement

- Portfolio Submission: A comprehensive digital portfolio or lookbook is strictly required. Your portfolio must showcase high-resolution images of finished evening wear, as well as behind-the-scenes views of your internal garment structures, corsetry construction, and hand-finishing.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
