Position: Spa Therapist

About the Role

We are looking for skilled and professional Spa Therapists to join our spa operations in Lakshadweep. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality spa and wellness treatments while ensuring an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform qualified spa and wellness treatments as per company standards.
- Provide services such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Balinese, Thai and other relevant therapies, depending on training and expertise.
- Understand guest requirements and recommend suitable treatments.
- Maintain professional hygiene and treatment-room standards.
- Ensure proper use and care of spa products, equipment and facilities.
- Maintain guest comfort, privacy and professional service standards at all times.
- Follow all company SOPs, safety guidelines and hygiene procedures.
- Maintain treatment records and report any guest concerns to the Spa Manager.
- Support the team in achieving daily and monthly spa revenue targets.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming relationship with guests and colleagues.

Candidate Requirements




- Previous experience as a Spa Therapist is preferred.
- Certification or formal training in Spa Therapy / Beauty & Wellness will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of basic massage and spa treatments.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional grooming and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a resort/island environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Lakshadweep for the required employment period.
- Freshers with relevant certification and strong willingness to learn may also be considered.
