Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Marketing Team Coordinator to support our marketing, business development, and client coordination activities.

The role involves client communication, lead follow-ups, proposal preparation, product demonstrations, meeting coordination, and marketing support. The candidate will also work closely with internal technical and functional teams to understand and communicate client requirements effectively.

The ideal candidate should have valuable communication and interpersonal skills, strong coordination and follow-up abilities, and an interest in learning about software products and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with existing and prospective clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online meetings.
- Follow up with leads and prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical and functional teams.
- Prepare and organize business proposals, quotations, presentations, company profiles, and other business documents.
- Assist in product demonstrations and client presentations.
- Coordinate client meetings, product demos, follow-ups, and business discussions.
- Collect and communicate client requirements to the appropriate internal teams.
- Maintain records of leads, client interactions, proposals, demos, and follow-up activities.
- Support lead generation and client engagement activities.
- Assist in preparing marketing presentations, product information, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely submission of proposals and responses.
- Monitor pending client requirements, proposals, and business opportunities.
- Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to the marketing team.




- Assist the marketing team in planning and coordinating marketing activities and campaigns.
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing and business development activities.
- Perform other related responsibilities assigned by management.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prepare professional proposals and presentations.

- Ability to understand client requirements and communicate them clearly.
- Willingness to learn about software products, ERP solutions, and business processes.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Professional and confident approach when communicating with clients.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and follow up effectively.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- BBA/MBA in Marketing will be an advantage.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in marketing, business development, client coordination, software/IT sales, or a similar role are preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply if they have strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
