Position: Marketing Manager – Real Estate & Commercial Property

Location: Cuttack, Odisha

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Experience: 3–6 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a target-oriented and energetic Marketing Manager to drive sales and marketing activities for our real estate and commercial property projects. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer acquisition, sales conversion, channel partner development, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve project-wise sales targets.
- Generate leads through direct marketing, digital platforms, databases, references, brokers, channel partners, events, and exhibitions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, investors, and prospective customers.
- Conduct customer meetings, project presentations, property visits, negotiations, and sales closures.
- Coordinate and conduct site visits and ensure regular follow-up with prospective customers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to booking and documentation.
- Plan and execute local marketing activities, BTL promotions, property events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.




- Monitor sales pipeline, leads, site visits, conversions, bookings, and revenue performance.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, customer preferences, and property pricing.
- Maintain accurate customer and prospect databases and prepare regular sales reports for management.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, payment follow-ups, and customer query resolution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field; MBA/Post Graduate preferred.
- 4–6 years of experience in Real Estate, Property Sales, Commercial Property, or related industries.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Strong networking skills with brokers/channel partners will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of the Cuttack property market will be preferred.
- Must be target-oriented, proactive, and willing to travel/visit project sites as required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
