Roles:
- Develop and execute branding strategies for projects.
- Coordinate with creative agencies for brochures, hoardings, social media creatives, videos, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Plan social media content and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop monthly lead-generation plans aligned with sales targets.
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to understand lead quality and conversion challenges.
- Analyze lead feedback and identify sources generating quality leads.
- Improve lead-to-site-visit and site-visit-to-booking conversions through marketing initiatives.
- Maintain regular MIS reports for all marketing channels.
