Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand distributor & dealer network across India

- Drive Omnichannel Sales (Distribution, Website, Marketplace & Digital Channels)

- Build strong relationships with distributors, hospitals, pharmacies and retail partners

- Execute channel branding and visibility programs to improve market presence

- Lead sales planning, forecasting and revenue growth initiatives

- Recruit, mentor and manage a high-performing regional sales team

- Monitor channel performance and ensure achievement of sales targets

- Identify new business opportunities and expand into untapped markets

What We're Looking For

- 7–12 years of experience in Sales & Distribution

- Proven experience in IVD Diagnostics, Medical Devices, Pharma or Nutraceuticals





- Strong expertise in Distributor Management

- Hands-on experience in Omnichannel Sales (Offline + Online + Website Sales)

- Experience in building and managing large sales teams

- Knowledge of channel branding, trade marketing and market expansion

- Excellent negotiation, leadership and communication skills

- Track record of scaling high-performing brands and achieving aggressive sales targets

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
