Role Description The Marketing Manager role at Skybyte Developers is a full-time, on-site position based in Sonipat.

The Marketing

Manager will plan and execute marketing campaigns for residential projects, manage branding initiatives, and coordinate promotional activities across online and offline channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, overseeing social media and digital presence, organizing events and site promotions, and collaborating with sales teams to generate qualified leads. The role also involves analyzing market trends, monitoring campaign performance, reporting on key metrics,



and ensuring consistent communication of the company’s value proposition.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand management.
- Experience with digital marketing, social media management, and content creation for real estate or related sectors.
