Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through field visits, cold calling, and email outreach

- Build B2B relationships with travel agents, colleges/universities, and corporate partners

- Engage B2C prospects for visa, air ticketing, forex, insurance, hotel booking, financial services & other products

- Research and source data of potential leads/clients for outreach

- Conduct on-ground market research to identify new agent tie-ups and institutional partnerships

- Assist in planning and executing promotional activities, seminars, and campus/agent-network events

- Follow up on inquiries via calls and emails

- Maintain and update lead trackers/CRM with accurate follow-up status and conversion data

- Coordinate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and support closures

Requirements

- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

- Robust communication skills

- Comfortable with field work and outbound calling

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel locally

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
