Role Description The Marketing Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting outreach and engagement for H & P Projects’ student-centric initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with market research, supporting marketing campaigns, and helping to develop content for social media and other digital channels.

The intern will collaborate with the marketing team to identify target audiences, collect feedback from participants, and contribute ideas to improve program visibility. The role may also involve basic customer support,



maintaining communication with students and partners, and tracking key metrics to evaluate campaign performance.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including transparent written and verbal interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct Market Research, analyze data, and derive insights about student and youth audiences.
- Interest or experience in Marketing Strategy and basic Sales activities to support campaign execution.
- Customer Service mindset, with the ability to respond to queries professionally and build positive relationships.
- Comfort working remotely, with reliable internet access and good time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with common digital tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software; social media platforms); familiarity with basic analytics tools is a plus.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated interest in youth development, education, or innovation-focused initiatives will be an advantage.
