Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for selling, and the ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable products/services
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pricing quotes
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and customer interactions in CRM software




- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on customer needs and feedback
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
- Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and networking events as required

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of proven experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office
- Willingness to travel as needed
