We are looking for a Marketing Executive for our Logistics & Transportation company. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, contacting potential customers, promoting transportation and logistics services, handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, regular follow-ups, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving monthly business targets. Candidates should have good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills, along with basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and WhatsApp.

Experience in logistics/transportation, freight, or supply chain will be an added advantage. Willingness to travel for customer meetings is required.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential customers requiring transportation, logistics, freight, and rail transportation services.
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, WhatsApp, email, references, and field visits.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing and new customers.
- Understand customer transportation requirements and provide suitable logistics solutions.
- Prepare and share quotations, rate offers, and service proposals with customers.




- Follow up regularly with customers for new orders and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Operations, Placement, Tracking, Billing, and Accounts teams for smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, transportation rates, and customer requirements.
- Visit customers and potential clients when required.
- Maintain proper records of leads, customer discussions, quotations, follow-ups, and confirmed orders.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets.
- Follow up for repeat business and identify opportunities to increase business from existing customers.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate internally for timely resolution.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly marketing and business development reports.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
