Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marketing / Business Development Executive to join our team and drive growth for our home textile and made-up product lines (including bedding, curtains, towels, cushions, table linens, and other home furnishings). In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence, managing relationships with domestic or international buyers, coordinating product presentations, and securing new business orders. The ideal candidate will combine a deep passion for home decor aesthetics with strong commercial, communication, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Development: Identify and secure current business opportunities, distributors, retailers, or export buyers to expand the market footprint for our home textile and made-up ranges.
- Client & Buyer Management: Act as the primary point of contact for existing accounts; understand buyer requirements, handle professional email correspondence, and provide timely follow-ups to drive sales conversions.
- Product Presentation & Merchandising: Coordinate with the internal product development team to prepare customized sample collections, product catalogues, and mood boards tailored to specific client needs or upcoming seasonal trends.
- Market Research & Trend Analysis: Monitor market trends, customer preferences,



and competitor activities in the home furnishing sector to provide actionable feedback for recent product designs and pricing strategies.
- Order & Sampling Coordination: Work closely with the production, sampling, and logistics teams to ensure that buyer samples and bulk orders are executed accurately and delivered on time.
- Exhibitions & Trade Fairs: Assist in representing the company at textile trade shows, buyer-seller meets, and industry exhibitions to generate fresh leads.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Textile Design, Fashion Technology, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 07 years of proven marketing experience, preferably within the home textiles export industries
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel for costings/data and PowerPoint for client presentations).

Key Competencies & Soft Skills:

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (essential for buyer interaction).
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Knowledge of fabric types, weaves, and manufacturing processes for made-up goods.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable with occasional travel for client meetings or market visits.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
