About the opportunity

We are looking for a sharp, driven Marketing Associate to support our marketing efforts across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google platforms. This is an execution-focused role, ideal for someone early in their career who wants to learn the ropes of paid media and grow in a high-performance team.

Key responsibilities

- Assist with the execution and daily management of campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram)



and Google Ads.
- Track marketing KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CAC, etc.) and maintain weekly performance reports.
- Coordinate with design and content teams to source creatives for paid and organic campaigns.
- Support campaign research, competitor analysis, and trend spotting.
- Assist with cross-functional marketing tasks, including offline campaigns, website merchandising, influencer operations, etc.
- Support in managing influencer campaigns.

Key skills & qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in marketing.
- Experience handling paid marketing campaigns.
- Robust numerical and analytical skills; understanding performance numbers is a must.
- Should ideally be from a D2C brand/company side, with no agency experience.
- Program management skills are necessary.
- Should be comfortable with numbers and ratios such as CAC, CTR, etc.
- Should have worked on Meta and Google campaigns in general.
- Should be proficient with Google Sheets and AI tools such as GPT and Claude.
- Should have some exposure to CRMs/OB systems.
