Job Title: Sales Coordinator / Telecaller (Office-Based)
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls and handle inquiries.
Prepare and send price quotations via email/WhatsApp.
Track pending orders and update clients on delivery status.
Make outbound marketing and follow-up calls to generate sales.
Maintain daily call logs and customer records.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telecalling, customer support, or back-office sales.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
Good negotiation and follow-up skills,
Pay: ₹9,534.28 - ₹12,000.00 per month
