About the Role

Iunicorn Solutions is looking for a motivated HR & Marketing Intern to support our growing team across human resources, recruitment, digital marketing, content, research, and business development activities.

This is a practical learning opportunity for someone who wants exposure to both people management and marketing in a growing organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesHR & Recruitment

- Assist with posting job openings on recruitment platforms.
- Source and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Review resumes and maintain candidate records.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview details and updates.
- Maintain recruitment and employee records.
- Assist with onboarding activities and documentation.
- Support day-to-day HR coordination and administrative activities.
- Help maintain internal employee and candidate databases.

Marketing
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing activities.
- Research target businesses, industries, and potential customers.
- Support social media content planning and publishing.
- Assist with creating marketing content, posts, and promotional materials.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Support lead-generation activities.
- Help maintain marketing and campaign records.
- Assist with email, WhatsApp, and other business communication campaigns.
- Monitor basic engagement and campaign performance.
- Support the marketing team with new ideas and campaigns.

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good research and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with candidates and customers.
- Willingness to learn HR and digital marketing concepts.




- Good written and verbal English.
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks.
- Positive attitude and attention to detail.
