- Production Planning: Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly output targets while managing shift rotations.
- Quality & Safety Control: Enforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and monitoring defect rates.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of machine maintenance, tooling, CNC/VMC operations, or process optimization (5S, Kaizen) depending on the sector.
- Reporting: Documenting production logs, downtime causes, and communicating shift status updates to the factory manager. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
