4 years of experience Industrial engineering with Paint hang and masking tool related process planning
- Paint Engineer with chemical background paint shop process & Lab testing they should have 1-2 years experience.
- Experience in Resource calculation, OMS (operator method sheet)Creation,
- Experience in paint Hang tool Method creation, Masking Creation etc
- Good inexperience on Creo Modeling – Part, Assembly and drawing creations,3D animation.
- Paint Process (Dip and Spray)
- Experience in Hang tool, rack, cart, masking design,
- Human Ergonomics factor study, Labor standards calculations,
- CFD for carryover, Animation or MBD for Interference study, PFMEA, E-Build Support.
- Manufacturing process planning software such as MP Planner, W Planner, IE, T1XML and Team Center Vis mockup.
- Positive communication and ability to handle project independently.
