Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Pune.

The Business Development

Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of prospects, and conduct outreach through calls, emails, and digital channels.



The role involves close collaboration with marketing and chance development teams to convert qualified leads into opportunities, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide feedback on campaign performance.

Executive is expected to meet and exceed activity and revenue targets while maintaining professional, consultative communication with stakeholders. Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills to build and grow a qualified opportunity pipeline. Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to understand client needs, manage relationships, and support opportunity progression.

Experience in cold calling, demand generation, or outbound marketing services, preferably in technology or data-driven environments. Comfort working with CRM platforms, sales engagement tools, and basic analytics or reporting dashboards. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
