Role & responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end steel pole fabrication and manufacturing operations.

- Achieve daily, monthly, and annual production and delivery targets.

- Drive production planning, capacity utilization, manpower deployment, and resource optimization.

- Manage cutting, bending, welding, assembly, shot blasting, finishing, and dispatch operations.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards, welding procedures, customer specifications, and process controls.

- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, 5S, OEE, and productivity improvement initiatives.

- Identify bottlenecks and reduce cycle time, rejection, rework, downtime, and manufacturing costs.

- Lead RCA, CAPA, process improvements, and continuous improvement activities.

- Ensure strict compliance with EHS, safety, statutory, and environmental requirements.

- Lead and develop Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams.

- Monitor key production, quality, cost, safety, and productivity KPIs.7
