Role Summary:

Responsible for driving sales growth and managing day-to-day pest control operations while ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve assigned sales targets and business goals.

- Generate recent leads and develop customer relationships.

- Manage existing clients, renewals, and AMC contracts.

- Plan and monitor daily service operations and field teams.

- Ensure timely and quality pest control services.

- Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution.

- Monitor team performance and prepare regular sales/operation reports.

Requirements:

- 3–6 years of experience in Sales & Operations.

- Experience in Pest Control/Facility Management/Service Industry preferred.

- Good communication, negotiation, leadership, and customer-handling skills.

- Target-oriented with willingness to travel for business development.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
