HIRING | Manager – Project Finance, Planning & MIS

We are looking for a finance professional with strong experience in Project Finance, Financial Planning, MIS, Cash Flow Management and Fund Raising to join our team.

Location: Mumbai Central

Experience: 3–5 Years

Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance) / Equivalent

Employment: Full time

Reporting To: Finance Head / Senior Management

Key Responsibilities

- Project financial planning, budgeting & forecasting
- Weekly/monthly cash flow planning and liquidity management
- Budget vs. actual analysis and project cost monitoring
- Preparation of MIS, financial reports and management dashboards
- Financial modelling, scenario & sensitivity analysis
- Project billing, collections and payment coordination
- Assessment of project funding requirements
- Preparation of loan proposals, financial projections and refinancing proposals
- Coordination with banks, financial institutions, CAs, consultants and other stakeholders
- Loan documentation,



disbursement and lender compliance
- RERA-related financial documentation and certificates
- Financial feasibility and project viability analysis
- Monitoring project inflows, outflows and overall financial compliance

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
