Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Outpatient Department (OP) to ensure effective and effective service delivery.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient flow and reduce waiting times.

- Coordinate with medical and non-medical staff to ensure seamless patient care and operational efficiency.

- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure departmental goals are met.

- Manage budgets, resources, and supplies for the OP department, ensuring cost-effective operations.

- Implement and maintain quality assurance standards and compliance with healthcare regulations.

- Facilitate communication between departments to optimize multidisciplinary collaboration.

- Handle patient concerns and feedback, ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction.

- Lead and mentor the OP team, fostering a supportive and productive work environment.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient care outcomes.
