Job Summary :

This role requires a highly organized individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about content to commerce journeys. Your primary role will be leading Nykaa’s On-App content eco-system, refining the product, growing Nykaa Play in terms of subscriber base, engagement (WAU/MAU), content repository, lower funnel conversions & distributing content across different touchpoints of the Nykaa App to aide consumer journeys.

Role Description :

Nykaa Play: Content x Commerce Journeys

- Scale, integrate & distribute content Across PDP, CRM & Play
- Evaluate business impact of in-app content through key metrics (PDP Views, Add To Carts)
- Using in-app content to enhance Nykaa’s reviews & recommendations engine

Nykaa Play: Growth

- Lead growth for Nykaa on app content commerce
- Work with Product team to consistently launch new features on par with global platforms
- Own new IPs and content to boost Nykaa Play engagement, DAU/MAU & repeat sessions
- Boost Subscriber Growth & MAU via Features & Gamification
- In-depth analysis of Nykaa play audiences, purchase patterns, funnels, and metrics to be able to consistently drive improvements




- Frequently benchmark progress against global content-commerce engines
- Strengthen Play Analytics with Dashboards & Reporting

Nykaa Play: Marketing

- Own GTM Strategy for Nykaa Play features & Reviews Features
- Work with cross functional teams across brands, content marketing, product, tech, analytics
- Work closely with CRM & CLM teams to build & communicate with Nykaa Play user cohorts

Knowledge and Skill / Qualification Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies , or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in content marketing - on app content, CRM/CLM, social media, digital content. Experience with e-commerce in-app content is a big plus.
- Scaling content-commerce consumer journeys
- Robust team & project management skills with attention to detail and time management.
- Experience in working with product and tech teams, understanding of data and analytics
- Experience and understanding of global content commerce environment
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, high-speed working style.
