About the Role

Grano69 Beverages Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Manager – Logistics, Operations & Procurement to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, procurement, vendor management, logistics, production planning, inventory management, and operational analytics across multiple brewery locations.

This is a strategic and execution-focused role responsible for ensuring uninterrupted material availability, optimizing logistics costs, improving operational efficiency, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting business growth through data-driven decision-making. The role requires close collaboration with Procurement, Brewery Operations, Finance, Sales, Warehousing, and Senior Leadership.

Key Responsibilities1. Vendor & Supplier Management

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard logistics, packaging, and raw material vendors.
- Develop competitive sourcing strategies and negotiate commercial terms, freight rates, and payment conditions.
- Build and maintain alternate vendor networks to ensure uninterrupted supply.
- Monitor vendor performance, delivery timelines, quality, and service levels.
- Resolve material shortages, transit damages, and invoice discrepancies in coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

1. Procurement & Cost Optimization

- Plan and execute procurement activities for raw materials, packaging materials, and operational requirements.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives across procurement and logistics without compromising service or quality.
- Prepare cost analysis and procurement performance reports for management review.
- Evaluate procurement decisions using commercial and ROI-based analysis.

1. Logistics & Supply Chain Management

- Manage inbound and outbound logistics across brewery locations.
- Coordinate dispatch planning with breweries, warehouses, transport partners, and sales teams.
- Monitor transportation performance, transit timelines, shortages, breakages, and delivery compliance.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Head Office, warehouses, transporters, and manufacturing partners.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve service levels.

1. Inventory Management





- Monitor inventory levels of Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM), and Finished Goods (FG).
- Ensure timely replenishment to support uninterrupted production.
- Maintain inventory movement reports and stock reconciliation across all brewery locations.
- Track material receipts, consumption, and inventory accuracy.

1. Production Planning & BOM Management

- Validate batch-wise Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure manufacturing cost accuracy.
- Prepare production plans aligned with sales forecasts and business demand.
- Monitor production schedules and identify capacity gaps.
- Analyze material consumption, production losses, and manufacturing efficiencies.

1. Data Analytics & Business Reporting

- Prepare MIS reports covering procurement, logistics, inventory, production, and operational performance.
- Develop dashboards and management reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in preparing investor presentations, business reviews, and operational performance reports.
- Analyze operational data and recommend process improvements.

1. Old Bottle Recovery Management

- Develop and manage reusable bottle collection networks.
- Monitor bottle recovery, inventory, wastage, and vendor performance.
- Ensure timely reporting of bottle movement and reconciliation.
- Implement initiatives to improve bottle recovery efficiency and reduce losses.

1. Compliance & Process Excellence

- Ensure compliance with excise regulations, statutory requirements, permits, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation for procurement, logistics, inventory, and production activities.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs related to goods movement, inventory management, and vendor operations.
- Support internal audits and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Commerce, Operations, or a related discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Finance will be preferred.

Experience
- 7–9 years of experience in Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Operations.
- Prior experience in FMCG, Alcoholic Beverages, Brewery, Food & Beverage, or Manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in vendor management, procurement planning, inventory management, production coordination, and logistics operations.

Technical Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, Dashboards, MIS Reporting).
- Strong understanding of inventory management, procurement planning, and supply chain analytics.
- Knowledge of excise documentation and brewery compliance will be an added advantage.
