Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Maintenance Operations Management

- Lead and manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities for TCF equipment and utilities.

- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

- Monitor critical equipment performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ensure timely troubleshooting and root cause analysis of equipment failures.

- Manage manpower planning, shift deployment, and workforce productivity.

Budget & Cost Control

- Prepare and manage the annual maintenance budget.

- Monitor maintenance expenses and drive cost-reduction initiatives.

- Optimize spare parts inventory and control maintenance costs without impacting reliability.





- Evaluate and justify capital expenditure proposals for equipment upgrades and modernization.

Asset Management

- Ensure proper lifecycle management of plant assets and equipment.

- Maintain equipment history, maintenance records, and documentation through CMMS/SAP systems.

- Reporting & Governance

Track and report maintenance KPIs such as:

- Equipment Availability

- OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)

- MTBF

- MTTR

- Safety Performance
