About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Logistics & Dispatch to manage the company's end-to-end logistics, dispatch and transportation operations for a signage and graphics manufacturing facility.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely, safe and cost-effective movement of raw materials, finished signage, graphics and other project materials from the manufacturing facility to customer locations, project sites and installation locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day logistics, dispatch and transportation operations from the manufacturing facility.
- Plan and coordinate dispatches of finished signage, graphics, fabricated structures and project materials.
- Arrange appropriate vehicles based on material size, quantity, destination and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate loading, unloading, packing and transportation of finished goods.
- Ensure materials are dispatched safely to avoid damage during transit.
- Coordinate with Production, Projects, Purchase, Stores, Sales and Installation teams for dispatch planning.
- Prepare daily/weekly dispatch schedules and track deliveries until successful completion.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of local transporters, truck operators and logistics vendors.
- Negotiate transportation rates and ensure optimum logistics costs.
- Monitor vehicle availability, movement, turnaround time and delivery performance.
- Ensure proper documentation including delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, LR/GR and other dispatch documents.
- Maintain records of dispatched materials and proof of delivery.




- Coordinate with customers/project teams regarding delivery schedules and site requirements.
- Track delayed, damaged or short-delivered materials and coordinate resolution.
- Maintain logistics MIS covering dispatches, transportation costs, pending deliveries and vehicle utilization.
- Coordinate with warehouse/stores for proper material identification, packing and handover before dispatch.
- Ensure compliance with applicable transportation and safety requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery timelines, vehicle utilization and logistics costs.
- Supervise logistics/dispatch staff and loading personnel, wherever applicable.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation, warehouse or supply-chain operations.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Experience in signage, graphics, fabrication, engineering, interiors, exhibition, advertising or project-based manufacturing will be an advantage.
- Diploma / Certification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation or Warehouse Management preferred.
- Strong knowledge of local and intercity transportation operations.
- Hands-on experience in managing transporters and negotiating freight rates.
- Good understanding of dispatch documentation and e-way bill processes.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and basic ERP/logistics systems.
- Strong coordination, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced manufacturing environment and manage urgent/project-based dispatches.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a very short notice period will be preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
