We are looking for an experienced Manager – Hospital Operations to drive operational excellence, patient experience, quality and service efficiency.

nKey Responsibilities

n• Oversee day-to-day operations across OPD, IPD, Diagnostics, Pharmacy, Front Office, Support Services and Facilities.

n• Drive patient flow, resource utilisation, turnaround times and operational productivity.

n• Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical teams to resolve operational challenges.

n• Drive KPIs, continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.

n• Ensure compliance with NABH, NABL, JCI and other applicable standards.

n• Lead patient safety, grievance redressal and patient-experience initiatives.

n• Manage support services, vendors, facilities and service contracts.

n• Monitor operational dashboards,



patient volumes, utilisation, costs and performance metrics.

n• Lead and develop operational teams.

nWhat We're Looking For

n• Graduate/Postgraduate with 8+ years of progressive hospital operations experience.

n• Minimum 3 years in a similar managerial role; 200+ bedded hospital experience preferred.

n• MHA/MBA in Hospital or Healthcare Management preferred.

n• Strong knowledge of hospital operations, quality, patient flow and service excellence.

n• Exposure to NABH/NABL/JCI, audits and regulatory compliance.

n• Solid leadership, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
