As part of our expansion, we are seeking an experienced skilled to lead our Finishing & Interior Operations across multiple luxury projects.

Position: Manager - Finishing & Interior Projects

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution

Lead all finishing and interior execution activities across projects.

Ensure high-quality delivery of luxury villas, bungalows, and premium residences.

Manage project timelines and finishing milestones.

Coordinate with Architects, Consultants, Designers, and Clients.

Interior & Finishing Works

Supervise marble, stone cladding, flooring, false ceiling, painting, polishing, waterproofing, façade, doors, windows, and premium interior finishes.

Ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.

Monitor mock-ups and quality benchmarks before final execution.

Contractor & Vendor Management

Manage interior contractors, finishing contractors, and specialized vendors.

Negotiate rates and finalize work orders.

Monitor contractor productivity and work quality.

Quality Control





Ensure luxury finishing standards are maintained throughout project execution.

Conduct regular inspections and snag rectification reviews.

Maintain zero-defect handover standards.

Cost & Material Management

Monitor material consumption and wastage.

Review BOQs and finishing budgets.

Coordinate with procurement teams for timely material availability.

Team Leadership

Lead site engineers, finishing engineers, supervisors, and contractors.

Train site teams on quality and finishing standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering

Diploma Civil Engineering (for highly experienced candidates)

Experience

12-20 years of experience in luxury residential, hospitality, real estate, or high-end interior projects.

Strong exposure to premium villas, luxury residences, hotels, resorts, and high-end commercial interiors.

Experience in managing multiple finishing and interior packages simultaneously.
