We are looking for an experienced HR & IR professional to manage employee relations, industrial relations, compliance, and HR operations at a manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Employee & Industrial Relations, including grievance handling and workplace issues.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and audits.
- Drive employee engagement, communication, and welfare initiatives.
- Manage workforce and contractor compliance and HR operations.
- Lead training, audits, and HR process improvement initiatives.
- Oversee administration, budgets, and CSR activities.

Key Requirements:

- 1015 years of experience in HR & IR, preferably in a manufacturing/plant environment.
- Solid knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and industrial relations.
- Experience handling workmen, contractors, grievances, and employee engagement.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates currently based in/around Pune or Maharashtra would be preferred.
