- Hands-on experience with Checkpoint Harmony EDR & Anti-Apt (on-prem).
- In Depth knowledge on Attack techniques and industry leading frameworks like MITRE and NIST
- Good understanding of antivirus, EDR/XDR, Anti-Apt, and sandboxing functionality.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills related to endpoint protection.
- Strong understanding of security technologies like Firewalls, DNS Security, Proxy, End point security.
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux systems from a security perspective.
- Good understanding of security operations, ticketing workflow, and SLA adherence.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Prior experience on log analysis is mandatory.
- Qualified level Certification in at least one industry leading SIEM product certifications is mandatory.
- CEH, CISSP certification is preferable.
- Very good Communication skills
