ROLE PURPOSE The Manager Architecture will lead architectural planning, consultant coordination, design strategy and execution support for large-scale residential developments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Architectural Planning & Design

- Lead architectural planning and project design management.
- Drive design strategy and execution support across large-scale residential developments.

Consultant & Execution Coordination

- Drive coordination between consultants and execution teams.
- Ensure alignment of architectural requirements with project execution.

Design Quality, Compliance & Delivery

- Ensure quality, compliance and timely delivery of design packages.
- Monitor project risks related to design and approvals.

Management Support

- Support management in strategic project decisions.
- Ensure adherence to company standards and project objectives.

Team & Multi-project Management

- Manage multiple projects and design teams simultaneously.




- Build effective coordination and accountability across design teams.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Bachelors / Masters Degree in Architecture.
- 12-15 years of experience in large-scale developments.

- Strong communication and team management skills.
