Role Overview:

SLP Manager (Level 1) will own physical security, inventory shrinkage control, asset protection, and safety compliance across high-velocity fulfillment centers handling Dry, Cold Chain, and Fresh MH sites located in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for implementing strict SLP SOPs, investigating inventory leakages, mitigating operational risks in temperature-controlled environments, and driving zero-tolerance security practices.

Location: Mumbai(MH) and Ahmedabad(MH)

Key Responsibilities :-

1. Loss Prevention & Shrinkage Control

A. Monitor, audit, and minimize inventory shrinkage across Dry, Cold, and F&V; MH Hubs sections.

B. Conduct regular physical vs. system stock reconciliations in coordination with the inventory team to identify leakage points.

C. Implement strict inward/outward gate pass processes, dock monitoring, and vehicle seal checks.

2. Physical Security & Asset Protection

A. Manage day-to-day security operations, guard deployments, access control systems, and CCTV surveillance networks across all warehouse zones.

B. Oversee visitor, contractor, and employee entry/exit screening processes.

3. Investigations & Incident Management

A. Lead end-to-end internal investigations regarding theft, pilferage, vendor fraud, policy breaches, and fake returns.

B. Prepare detailed incident investigation reports (IRs)



with clear root-cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.

C. Maintain liaison with local law enforcement, emergency services, and local authorities when required.

4. Audits & Safety Compliance

A. Execute daily, weekly, and monthly SLP compliance audits and safety checks (Fire & Life Safety, EHS standards).

B. Ensure full operational readiness of fire detection, suppression systems, and emergency evacuation protocols in ambient and cold storage zones.

5. Required Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline (Specialization in Supply Chain, Security Management, or Criminology is a plus).

Experience: 4 to 8 years of dedicated experience in Security & Loss Prevention within E-commerce, Quick Commerce, FMCG warehousing, or Retail fulfillment centers.

Hands-on Exposure: Prior experience managing loss prevention in high-volume fulfillment hubs Key Competencies & Technical Skills

A. CCTV management and Access Control Systems (ACS)

B. Practical understanding of shrinkage metrics, inventory reconciliation, and waste/damage disposal governance.

C. Excellent investigation, data analysis, and report writing skills.

D. Ability to work in quick-paced, 24/7 high-velocity operations.
