1. Lead learning & development initiatives including functional, behavioral, and leadership programs.
2. Manage learning ecosystem through e-learning platforms and mandatory compliance trainings.
3. Drive culture-building initiatives including ethics, POSH, CoC, and employee wellbeing programs.
4. Lead organizational development interventions such as employee surveys, career pathing, succession planning, and leadership development.
5. Plan and execute employee engagement, wellness, recognition
6. Partner with business leaders to identify skill gaps and implement capability-building frameworks.
