- Lead learning & development initiatives including functional, behavioral, and leadership programs.
- Manage learning ecosystem through e-learning platforms and mandatory compliance trainings.
- Drive culture-building initiatives including ethics, POSH, CoC, and employee wellbeing programs.
- Lead organizational development interventions such as employee surveys, career pathing, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Plan and execute employee engagement, wellness, recognition
- Partner with business leaders to identify skill gaps and implement capability-building frameworks.
