Management Trainee Credit Manager (Cross Sell)

Location: Bengaluru Hennur / Lingarajapuram

We are looking for MBA candidates to join as Management Trainees in the Credit Management function.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess creditworthiness of applicants by analysing financial data and credit reports.
- Evaluate customer income profiles for loan and credit eligibility.
- Analyse CIBIL reports and identify credit risk factors.
- Analyse bank statements to verify income sources and spending patterns.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Follow up on non-starter applications and collect required information.
- Ensure timely credit decisions within defined TAT.

Language Requirement: Candidates proficient in any one of the following languages: Hindi, Bengali, Odia,



or Gujarati.

Eligibility:

- MBA 2023/2024 batch candidates.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates residing near the office location preferred.
- Positive analytical and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle situations and work pressure.
- Male candidates preferred.
- Compensation:

- Base Salary: 3.75 LPA
- After confirmation, candidates will be given the position of Assistant Manager along with a salary hike.

Management Trainee Duration: 15 Months
