About Newton School of Technology: Newton School of Technology (NST) is a new-age institution redefining technical education in India. Founded by IIT alumni, NST offers a 4-year B.Tech in Computer Science and AI, focused on hands-on learning and deep industry integration. Within two years, over 93% of students have secured paid internships with companies like Razorpay, SarvamAI, and DRDO, along with global exposure through tech treks to Singapore and Silicon Valley.

Manager owns the full community charter for their campus. This is a leadership role responsible for designing, executing, and continuously improving the student experience - from orientation through graduation.

managing the full experience for incoming batches Drive student achievement recognition through management and policy-level execution of the Student Grant University stakeholder management is vital Support student leads in running clubs with consistency and quality Lead techfest planning and delivery in collaboration with the student body Run peer learning sessions, workshops, hackathons, and curiosity-building activities Enable student participation in external college fest competitions Identify international and domestic competitions, conferences, and forums relevant to NST students Continuously discover and create new exposure opportunities for students beyond defined academics Stakeholder Management Build and maintain solid working relationships with university administration, faculty, and leadership — acting as the primary point of contact for all community and student experience matters on campus Coordinate closely with Campus Community Managers across all NST campuses to align on shared initiatives, share learnings, and maintain consistency in student experience standards Work in active collaboration with the Central HQ team on centrally-driven programmes, immersions, industry initiatives, and cross-campus projects — ensuring the campus contributes to and perks from the broader NST community ecosystem Strong student-facing communication and relationship-building skills Experience in community, events, or program management roles Genuine interest in building student community culture from the ground up Community Management, Event Planning, Community Engagement
